Faire hours are from 11:00am-7:00pm
Parking opens at 10:15am
Opening ceremony is at 10:50am
Parking is free
Tickets
General admission tickets and special event tickets must be purchased prior to the event. There will be no tickets available at the gate. Please see the ticket page for more information. It is recommended that you download your ticket(s) prior to arriving to be sure you can access them easily.
At the Gate
Before entering the faire, you will be asked to show your ticket(s). You will then receive one of 2 different colored wristbands. One is a general admission one and the other is for those attending the 21+ show. Please be sure to bring your ID.
You will also receive a ticket for the Dragon Egg Hunt. Please visit the special events page for more information. Children will also receive a ticket for the Duck Pond game. Please visit the games page for more information.
Trinket Trading
We have our own version of trinket trading. Please visit the Gifts for Gratitudes page for more information.
Weather
The event will be held rain or shine unless there is a risk of severe weather. If we anticipate having to close the faire, we will post information on the Facebook page, the Facebook event page, and the website's home page.
Accessibility
The main portion of the faire will be by the pond which is down a hill and might be difficult for some to traverse. If you feel that you may be unable to walk up and down the hill, please let us know. We will be happy to transport you in our golf cart. The area by the pond is grassy and uneven and is not wheelchair accessible.
Insects
With the property bordering a wooded area, please be prepared for bugs; especially ticks. You may wish to bring along some bug repellent.
Cash is King
We have fairly decent cell service here. However, there is always a chance of it not working well for everyone. You may pay with cards, but please bring cash too for vendors and the food truck just in case. Cash is also useful for tipping entertainers and the bartender. We do not have an ATM onsite nor are we close to one.
Schedule and Map
There is a schedule and map on the website. Both will be shared on the Facebook page and posted on the gate. It is recommended that you download them to your phone prior to the faire so you can reference them easily throughout the day.
Photography and Video
Photographs and videos will be taken throughout the day by professional photographers as well as patrons, entertainers, and vendors. Some of these photographs and videos will be used by us, Drenory Renaissance Faire at Ravenshire, for promotional purposes. We will never post the names of individuals in these photos or videos without written consent. Please be aware that we are unable to control when, where, and how photographs and videos might be shared by patrons, entertainers, and vendors.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of photographs or videos, please contact us prior to your arrival to the faire.
First Aid
If you find yourself in need of first aid, please let someone at the beverage tent or the front gate know. They will contact the owners to ensure you receive assistance.
