At the present time, we have reached our cap on applications. You are still welcome to fill out an application and if we have anyone change their mind or are unable to attend our event you will be notified.

We are so excited you are interested in being an Interactive Character for our faire. Here are some things you'll need to know.
- We are not looking for land acts, but individual characters to interact and entertain patrons on the grounds. You do not have to be a professional entertainer. If you attend faires as a character that is well known and beloved, you are welcome to apply. The interactions can be as simple as sharing a smile, exchanging a tiny trinket, or taking a photo. You are also welcome to sing a song, play a simple game, or tell a story providing these interactions do not interfere with any nearby shows.
- Characters may set up in a pre-approved area, wander the grounds, or they may do both. The character should fit well within the Renaissance theme.
- The area where the faire will be held is down a hill. If you have props, equipment, or other items you will need and you don't have a vehicle that can traverse it, we are happy to assist you.
- This a small faire on our property. We hope to have somewhere between 100-120 patrons, but there is no guarantee on how many will attend.
- With this being a small faire, our budget is very limited. We can offer you a small amount of monetary compensation, free admission, a meal ticket, and access to water. You may collect tips and you're encouraged to do so. You are also welcome to sell merchandise.
- Interactive Characters are encouraged carry personal and liability insurance.
- Interactive Characters must agree to the terms within their contract.
- Interactive Characters must submit an agreeance to the event waiver.
